Hire Crafty Kids Wirral for your event

You can book Crafty Kids Wirral to provide activities at a private event (e.g. birthday parties, Christenings or weddings), or at a public event (e.g. Christmas / Summer fairs, family fun day, community or fundraiser events).

The activities we provide are tailor made taking into account the number of guests coming, their age range, their interests or the event theme, and the space and facilities available at the venue.

 

All packages include:

• all the materials for the chosen activities

• coverings for the floor and tables, plus aprons for the guests

• set up and tidy up of the activities

• at least one member of staff, possibly more, depending on the number of children (staff are DBS checked)

• a risk assessment

• insurance coverage for the activities.

 

Small parties (10 - 20 guests)

At these parties guests will have the opportunity to make at least 4 different creations, using high quality materials. The activities can be based around anything of your choosing - specifically on a theme or the interests special to your child and their guests.

Cost: £70 for 10 children, and £6 each for any additional children.

Medium parties (up to 40 guests)

At these parties you can choose the number of activities we provide (see pricing options below). The activities could be playdough, painting, colouring or sticking - so if you choose to have four activities it would be similar to a full Crafty Kids session. The activities can be based around a specific theme, or making a selection of your favourite Crafty Kids projects.

Cost:

• One activity provided, £70 for the first hour, £40 for every additional hour

• Two activities provided, £90 for the first hour, £50 for every additional hour

• Three activities provided, £110 for the first hour, £60 for every additional hour

• Four activities provided, £130 for the first hour, £70 for every additional hour
