Events - 2022
Christmas
This is a very special event in collaboration with the Tasting Bar and Kitchen in Hoylake. For the first part of the session, we will be doing a range of exciting Christmas crafts; you can make a snowman from playdough, decorate a Santa plate, write a letter to Santa and create some Christmas tree decorations. Plus there will be colouring sheets, wordsearches and puzzles.
For the second part of the session, children can enjoy a freshly prepared meal from the Tasting Bar and Kitchen, which includes a drink and a pudding.

Halloween!
At our ‘Halloween’ event you can paint spooky pictures using stencils, stampers or even your hands and feet, use playdough to make creepy creatures, colour Halloween headbands to wear on Halloween night and make even more frightening and exciting Halloween decorations including witches, monsters, ghosts and pumpkins. Plus there will be colouring sheets, wordsearches and puzzles.

These activities will be most suitable for 3-10 year olds, but younger children can still join in with a bit of adult help, and older children are welcome if they would enjoy it.
For children aged 3 and over, it is £6 per child. This gives you total access to all activities (painting, playdough, sticking and colouring – but you can often do more than one project at each table).
​
For children aged 2 and under, you have the option to pay the full price to do all the activities, or a discounted price of £3 to just do the dough and painting activities (the best activities for little ones who would like to join in, but don’t stay focused for long!). We also have a small area with a few toys and games that is free of charge.

Puppets
This is one of our special mini events in collaboration with Brown Bear Coffee Shop. In this session, you can decorate a range of puppets and make your own puppet theatre. We have loads of characters to choose from: animals, princesses, pirates, superheroes, cowboys, robots, or you can make your own.

This activity is most suitable for 5 – 10 year olds. But younger or older children are welcome if they would enjoy it.

Mask making
This is one of our special mini events in collaboration with Brown Bear Coffee Shop. In this session, you can decorate a mask using colours, feathers, sequins and other exciting materials.

Bracelets and keyrings
This is one of our special mini events in collaboration with with Brown Bear Coffee Shop. In this session you can make two different bracelets and one keyring using cute animal charms and a range of other beads and materials.

This activity is most suitable for 5 – 10 year olds. But younger or older children are welcome if they would enjoy it.

Make magic!
At our ‘Make magic!’ event you can decorate a wand, make playdough unicorns, dragons, fairies or wizards and paint wings (which you can wear once they are dry!) Plus there will be colouring sheets, wordsearches and puzzles.

Superheroes
At our ‘Superheroes’ event you can paint your own shield, make dough medals and badges, decorate a mask and make a mini sick-kick!
